By using this website and booking services through Linea Osteopathy, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services Provided

Linea Osteopathy provides osteopathic care for adults (children by appointment). Treatment plans are tailored individually and depend on a thorough assessment.

2. Booking & Appointments

Appointments can be booked online via our secure booking systems (Cliniko and Jane). A confirmation email will be sent once your booking is accepted.

3. Cancellations & Missed Appointments

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee.

4. Payments

Payment is due at the time of treatment unless otherwise arranged. Accepted payment methods is card (inc Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc).

5. Disclaimer

Osteopathic treatment is not a substitute for emergency medical care. If you experience acute or serious symptoms, please contact your GP or emergency services.

6. Liability

While every effort is made to ensure safety and quality of care, Linea Osteopathy cannot accept responsibility for personal injury, loss, or damage unless due to proven negligence.

7. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Please check back periodically for changes.
